With a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science, and an MBA in Investment and International Finance. David has had a career including Mergers and Acquisitions structuring with a Wall Street firm, New Product development and underwriting of Credit and political risk insurance, E&O and Worker Protection Programs products at AIG, CIGNA, UNISTRAT and Dubai Insurance, out of New York, Miami and Paris, and Dubai.

David has been a member of the Innovative Business Solutions Team at Munich Re in Princeton and Munich underwriting Specialty Lines, and has also had stints as an insurance intermediary and consultant placing insurance and reinsurance at MDB Re in Brussels and AON, and Sterling Risk in New York. Further, in the UAE, as Executive Manager of Dubai Insurance Co. for many years, David was also instrumental in the design and implementation of the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s Worker Protection Program for all workers of the UAE and many of UAE’s leading Free Zones.

David continues to assist government entities throughout the region with national schemes whether these involve insurance, commerce, environment, or social programs.
